Been in the automotive industry for 28 years. Worked as a Master ASE Technician for 19 years and first started as a technician with Luper’s in 2008. Currently working as a service advisor along with becoming a proud co-owner of Luper Automotive. Him and his wife Kelly have raised 2 boys, one of which is now currently at LCSC in the automotive program and working in the shop and the other is in North Carolina in the Marine Corp.

Melanie
Started at Luper’s in 2007 and today with 16 years of experience is now co-owner of Luper Automotive. She does everything except work on your vehicle. Enjoys side by siding, camping, four wheeling, dirt bike riding and going to the river with her fiancé, son, family and friends.

Been with Luper’s for 12 years. Has 28 years of experience in the automotive industry. Shad, his wife and 3 kids enjoy road trips and camping.

Been with Luper’s for a total of 8 years. He’s an ASE Certified Technician. Enjoys going to their cabin with wife and son.

Joined our team in late 2022. Graduate of the automotive program at LCSC. Enjoys four wheeling, the river and working on cars.

Came to work for Luper’s in 2022. Lewis Clark State graduate of the automotive program. We are proud to announce Oliver has now achieved ASE Master Technician status. He Enjoys working on more cars in his off time.
Lube Technician
Ron
Ron came to work for Luper’s in 2008. Before that he worked on big fishing boats in Alaska. He’s been our Lead Lube Technician for 15 years.

Max
Currently enrolled in the auto tech program at LCSC. Working in the shop alongside our technicians to become an ASE certified tech. In his free time he enjoys working on his own vehicle, hunting, being outdoors and hanging out with his friends and family.

Ashley
Joined the Luper team in the fall of 2021. She is pursuing her career as a professional pilot. Outside of work she can be found at the airport, flying or spending time with her family and friends.

Grew up in the business. After 4 years as an Engineman in the US Coast Guard came home in 73. Holds Automotive Management Certificate from Automotive Management Institute and Automotive Training Institute. Has 45 years of experience in the industry. If not at the shop, you can probably find him at the airport.
