It was overall a very smooth experience. The mechanics were very transparent about what did and didn't need to be fixed. I do wish I had a better idea of how much it was going to cost before giving the go ahead on the repairs, but I am happy with how things came out.

Once I had an actuator problem that could have been one of three different ones. The cost range was from moderate to very high, depending on which one. It was the least expensive. They could have charged me for the most expensive one, and I would not have known. HONESTY speaks volumes to me about where to take your car for repairs.
